South Eastern Kenya University students led by Dr. Matheaus Kauti were privileged to partner with students from the University of Texas, Austin (UT-A) led by Prof. Patrick Bixler during this year summer school last months at Mombasa and Kwale Counties.

During this period they examined the Impact of Solar Water Farms (SWFs) and other decentralized water technologies to urban and peri urban communities in Bamburi, Mishomoroni, Jomvu, Miritini, Mikindani and Diani in Ukunda.
